We can't really believe it. Our trip felt so far away for such a long time and now we leave in just 2 days! We are full into packing and prepping mode.
We have felt so loved by our friends and family as we have been gearing up for this trip. We have been prayed over several times and a lot of people have committed to continue praying throughout the duration of our trip.
As an update to our last post, we wanted to share some new information about Patrick's job. Your prayers were heard and his job has decided not to terminate employment after all. Patrick has been training the person who will take his place while we are gone and this person is a college student who will leave for school in the fall. Not only are we thankful for the job security, this means we do not need to buy supplemental health insurance. We are so thankful!
We are excited to give a ton of updates as we travel but we won't be sending out many blog posts. We have a Facebook group called Fluty Adventures where we will be posting lots of photos and updates throughout our trip. Join us there to see all the fun and exciting things we have to share.

-For the final funds to come through. Encompass World Partners have sent us the full amount for us to spend so we won't be lacking at all while we are there but we are still a bit under. We are are just a few hundred dollars away.
